Hey First post on the new Blog :)
I've been starting to feel i need a real kick up the arse in terms of Parkour training and Conditioning, so this blog is more of a progression diary than a blog of whats happening in my life.
I'm going to be updating this blog as much as possible whenever i go out training, and use it as a way to monitor my progression in Parkour, also I'll include relevant information and milestones in my conditioning.
Just a short one this time, im going to go out for a jog.
